Malik McDade
the founder of Prosecho Nutrition.
I am a naturopathic practitioner and aspiring dietitian, dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and vitality through food and holistic wellness. Currently, I am completing my senior year at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions, one of the nation’s top dietetics programs, where I am also an active participant in the Student Nutrition Council. I am certified as a Naturopathic Practitioner accredited by Centre of Excellence, Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
MY APPROACH
My approach combines the science of nutrition with the wisdom of naturopathic practices, offering a whole-person perspective on health.
I take a well-rounded holistic approach, addressing each individual as a whole person. This includes attention to psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My framework not only teaches how to sustain the vessel but also how to empower the operator — helping you align your inner and outer health for lasting transformation.
Prosecho means “to focus”—a reminder that true wellness comes from within. My work is about guiding the mind toward awareness, balance, and wholeness.
